BANK VAL on land came back

And it's all good too lol

Even though we knew it would be, it's a piece of dirt, not much chance it will get undervalued when we know what they are all selling for! lol

Just need final mortgage contracts now!

BANK VAL on unit came back

And it's all good!!!!! WOO HOO!!!! The mortgage's gonna be fine!!!!!

Also went to see the other display versions of our place, I really like the purple on this one, but not so keen on the mustard colour of the pillars

Full deposit on land

Mum went down to deliver the rest of the deposit on the land, as due to the way the mortgage is set up we couldn't do it through the bank. At least it all got sorted and now there's no turning back, we are buying a block of land!

Painting the unit

We spent the long weekend painting our unit to increase the value for when we sell it. We also put down some rocks and things and made the front look a bit prettier! It's looking so good I don't want to leave!

PRE APPROVAL!!!

We got preapproval for the mortgage so looks like this is going to happen!!!!

Told everyone at work now that it's a little more final, just need to have some bank valuations done now

Signed up for the house

Went to the display house and picked all our extras, taller doors, added rear roller door to garage, aircon, driveway, double sliding doors in the family room, downlights, etc, etc,

Oh and paid them some money too lol

We also had a real estate valuation which came back even better than we had hoped, so we are thrilled

Applied for new mortgage

We sent off our application for our 2nd mortgage today

Hopefully will hear back soon
