So much has been done!

Havent posted in ages, so much has been done, its so close now

Fit out stage and our walk through!!!

We got a walk through!!!!

So exciting to see it from the inside!

ETA is 6 weeks from now, and the tiles and render should be done within the next 2 weeks!!!

We're at lockup FINALLY!

We got carpet and floor tile samples this week, I'm really happy with them and the wall colour



The plaster is up and the cornices are ready to go in





And the pillars are completely finished, just need them to come back and finish the verandah roof now

The brick pillars have been started and the rest of the bricking is close to finished!





We have insulation in all our external walls



and the plaster sheets and cornices have been delivered, ready to go up!



and the solar hot water panels are on the roof!

A real house

We have a real house made out of bricks and everything!!!!

Bricks have been delivered, yeah!!!!!!

Also the big door in the family room is being replaced, and the sliding door in the bedroom now opens the opposite way? So it must have been replaced too!

Oh and our broken side windows have been replaced too

They should start brick laying next week now

Also our current place is SOLD!!!!! WOO HOO!!!!! What a relief

Not much being done

Our bricks have been delayed til 23/8 so not much is being done

We do have the grout stuff on the roof tiles now though and the vacuum pipes for the ducted vacuum have been put in the walls

We did get a side fence though as next door have now moved in! So we have neighbors on both sides now!
