Frame is delivered after a delay

We had a delay in that the electricity hadn't been connected, but now a few weeks later we have a frame delivered, hopefully they will get a start next week. At least the slab got to cure a bit longer

We have a slab!

We now have a slab and our temp fencing!!!! Burbank also said we should have frames next week and gutters the week after!!!

Full steam ahead! Burbank said we should have a slab next week too, then we will have to think about selling our house

Site cut!

Well they've done the sit cut now, it's all moving forward!

A fence and a tap!

We have a fence, after a letter asking for us to "urgently" send approval, we negotiated a taller fence and agreed to have it done, even though we would prefer not to have the fence up for the start of our construction, we didnt want to disadvantage our new neighbours. The fence has been up nearly 2 weeks and their back fence and other side still aren't done, so I guess there really was an urgency lol



We also more recently have a tap! We have water, it's starting!!!!! YAY!!!!
We also got our final council approved plans and have sent them back.
